RETURNS
Do you have a return?
All returns require approval. Please email j.cardenas@theminttcg.com for approval before sending back merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Mint TCG will accept returns on all unopened products within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer please contact us.
CANCELATIONS
Would you like to cancel an order?
Cancellations need to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed and before your order has shipped.
All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
